Currently, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and a dedicated app for Android and iOS are available as communication interfaces. Your employees can ask questions in natural language, and the chatbot answers them according to your specifications. With our developer kit, you can easily integrate values from existing systems via an API (see Chatbot Builder documentation, currently only available in German).

The chatbot environment is designed so that data maintenance can be performed by employees without IT knowledge. This also applies to questions that have not yet been answered.

The solution is ready to use in the cloud, but can also be installed and operated on-premises if you have the appropriate infrastructure in place.
