Relieving the HR department of routine tasks using intelligent software: An interview with the Product Manager of Danielle Software & Service GmbH.
For many years I have worked for medium-sized enterprises, in a team of three to four people, in Human Resources departments. We covered everything: hiring, employee interviews, pay slips, expenses, further training and all topics related to personnel management. And we knew we had to go digital at some point.
We would like to share our experience on how to get happier and thus better employees. It is important to give all employees some space – which can mean very different things depending on the individual. To support HR departments with this task, there are digital solutions which offer a holistic approach. We show you what to look for.

We have developed Danielle Talk, our chatbot, as an app so as you can communicate more flexibly with the software from a mobile device.
All you have to do is enter the search term ‘Danielle Talk’ in the app store or in the Google Play Store. Then you can access your employee file by using the settings (registration) or login, provided that you are already using our software and enjoying the benefits.
It is done: Our first participation in the HR Start-up Award in Berlin led us directly to victory. Our live demonstration of Danielle Talk, the chatbot that allows employees to record their working and project time, call in sick or apply for holidays in a mobile and flexible way, was very well received by the audience and the jury.
We are very pleased to be among the three finalists in the first HR Start-up Award. We hope to see you for the live pitch in Berlin on 15 September.
