Personnel File, Follow-ups and Absences

Many of the things our customers put on their wish lists this year regarding Danielle Software could be implemented. In our last release of 2021, we have some more changes and improvements that we would like to present to you.

Personnel File

The personnel file has been expanded to include an “Employees” field, in which all employees of a given superior are displayed.

All important employee information at a glance!

Employee-related notifications have now been enhanced to include anniversaries, the start of work and the end of the probation period.

Don’t forget any important appointments!

There are already multiple employee assignments for activating/deactivating login and daily topics. This feature has been extended and now allows for the assignment of working time and surcharge models for several employees in one step.

Assign working time and surcharge models to multiple employees at the same time!

To quickly find the right event, a search box has been added above the events section in the employee file. Also, events can no longer be deleted. Instead, they can be cancelled so that tracking them remains possible.

Find the right event in the file quickly!

Follow-ups

If a superior needs to process too many leave requests and does not want to do this via each employee view individually, a bulk processing feature can now be used within the follow-ups view.

Approval or rejection of multiple leave requests with just a few clicks!

Employees see an overview of the status of their own actions such as leave requests as long as they are still displayed in the follow-ups view.

View the status of your own follow-ups!

Absences

You decide who should be notified in the event of a leave report (sick report, leave request, leave cancellation). If, for example, you don’t want the employees of a superior to be notified when they report sick, it’s up to you to set a restriction.

Notify who YOU want to!
